Are you open 24 hours?
Our City Center branch is open 24/7. Other branches' hours are shown on the Locations page, with a live “Open now” status.
I left something at the station. Who do I contact?
Call the branch directly or send a “Lost & found” message from the Contact page. We keep found items for 30 days.
How do I make a complaint, and how fast will you reply?
Use the Contact page and choose “Complaint”. You'll get a reference number immediately, and our team replies within 24 hours.
Fuel & prices
How often do fuel prices change, and where do I see the latest?
Prices change when official or supplier prices change. The Fuel Prices page always shows the current price and the exact time it was last updated.
Services & booking
How long does a full car wash take, and do I need to book?
A full wash takes about 30 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking online guarantees your time slot.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash in IQD at every station, plus card payments at branches with a card terminal. Fleet customers can pay by monthly invoice.
Loyalty
How do I earn and use loyalty points?
Give your phone number at the till to earn points on every liter. Redeem them for fuel, car washes or store items at any branch.
Business accounts
How can my company open a fleet account?
Apply on the Business page. We'll call you within two working days to agree prices and register your vehicles.
